​​A separate application should be completed for each child needing a NEW Attendance Zone Transfer. Depending upon various school factors, siblings may or may not be granted a transfer to the same school.

Questions with a star are required. Please view the list of schools that are accepting transfers before completing the application. Submitting an application for a school that is not accepting transfers will be denied due to the fact that space is not available to accommodate additional students.
